  • Versatility - The organiser has a velcro strap to attach to the pram and a shoulder strap for carrying the organiser as a shoulder bag. 


WARNING: Do not put hot drinks or food inside the organiser. Doing so may lead to food spill and injury your child or yourself. Do not overload the organiser with heavy items, as it may affect the stability of the pram.

14 Day Trial & Free Returns

For your peace of mind, we offer 14 Day Pram Trial & Free Return on all our LIINII prams. This helps you to be more confident in making the right decision that suits your family.

The 14 Day Pram Trial allows you to test our prams at the comfort of your home and if you are not entirely satisfied with your pram, you can return your order back to us for free.


You can return any product for change of mind within the 14 Day Pram Trial period.

Please note, our 14 Day Trial period will commence from the date your order is delivered to you in full from our Sydney warehouse in Australia. We only accept returned items that are in the same condition as they were received and repackaged with care in their full packaging and shipping cartons along with all the accessories, plastic and cardboard fillers used to protect and stabilise the products during delivery.  

We’re sure you understand that we cannot accept broken, damaged or soiled items. Please see Terms & Conditions and Warranty Policy for further information.

To return prams within the 14 Day Pram Trial, please contact our Customer Service team at and we will provide you with instructions and return shipping label(s) that cover the return cost. Goods that are sent back without a return label will not be accepted.

You would need to return the product via Australia Post within five (5) business days of having received the return shipping label(s) and send us an email confirmation with proof of purchase and also the photographs to show what is being returned to us


After inspecting and approving your returned product(s), we will process your refund ( excluding any shipping fee you paid if application ) via the same payment method you used within 3 business days of receiving product(s).
We will notify you by email once we’ve processed your refund. It generally takes 5 -10 business days for the refund to clear at the bank. 

Damages and Warranty

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see our warranty page for full details.


The fastest way to exchange any item is to firstly return the item that you have and once we have received and approved it, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.


Australia Wide Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders to NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA.

Shipping fees to WA, NT and TAS will be calculated at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these fees at anytime and without prior notice to you.  

In-Stock Product

Estimated time to depart our Sydney warehouse: 2-3 business days.
Estimated delivery timeframe for products in stock is generally within 7-14 business days.

We use Australian Post to deliver your goods.

Once delivery is arranged via Australia Post, you will receive an email or text notification with a tracking number. If you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification so you can pick it up in person from a nearby Post Office within 10 business days, before it gets returned to us.

PO Boxes are not accepted as valid delivery address and your order may be  delayed as a result. 

Shipping Timeframe for Back-Orders and Pre-Orders

Please allow 8 to 12 weeks delivery timeframe for all back-orders. *Note: Back-Orders/Pre-orders are products that are not currently in-stock and not readily available for delivery. These products are clearly marked as "Back-Order" on the product page before adding to cart.
