30 Day Pram Trial & Free Returns
For your peace of mind, we offer 30 Day Pram Trial & Free Return on all our LIINII prams and strollers. This helps you to be more confident in making the right decision that suits your family.
The 30 Day Pram Trial allows you to test our prams and strollers at the comfort of your home and if you are not entirely satisfied with your pram, you can return your order back to us for free.
Returns
Products returned must be in the same condition that you received them, and in its original packaging. You must request by our email enquiries@liinii.com.au for a free return before the 30 days trial period ends.
We only accept returned items that are in the same condition as they were received and repackaged with care in their full packaging and shipping cartons along with all the accessories unopened/unused and sealed in their original packaging, plastic and cardboard fillers used to protect and stabilise the products during delivery. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact our care team at enquiries@liinii.com.au and wait for sending instructions and a return shipping label. Goods sent back to us without a return request and our approval to send will not be accepted.
Capsules are not included in our 30 day free pram/stroller home trial. All returned capsules must be in their original box unopened and sealed for us to accept the. You can return any other product for change of mind within the 30 Days period at your expense.
Refunds
Full refunds will be provided within 3 business days once goods are received, inspected and approved to be in good condition. We will process your refund ( excluding any shipping fee you paid if application ) via the same payment method you used within 3 business days of receiving product(s).We will notify you once we’ve process your refund. All refunds will be process through the same method of payment.
We will notify you by email once we’ve processed your refund. It generally takes 5 -10 business days for the refund to clear at the bank.
Damages and Warranty
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. See our warranty page.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation
We will exchange or refund you the value of your purchase if the product has a major defect. No refund is issue for purchases on back order or pre order or change of mind. If your pram/stroller is received, you have 30 days to return it if it doesn’t suit you and your family.
Your rights
Our return policy, terms and conditions, warranty policy and shipping policy is in addition to your rights under the Australia Consumer Law also known as ACL. Our policies, terms and conditions are in no way intended to diminish or deny your consumer rights and guarantees or our obligation to you under the Australia Consumer Law or ACL.
