RETURN POLICY

30 Day Trial & Free Returns

For your peace of mind, we offer 30 Day Pram Trial & Free Return on all our LIINII prams and strollers. This helps you to be more confident in making the right decision that suits your family.

The 30 Day Pram Trial allows you to test our prams and strollers in the comfort of your home and if you are not entirely satisfied with your pram or stroller, you can return your order back to us for free.

Returns

You can return any other product for change of mind within the 30 Days period at your expense.

Please note, our 30 Day Trial period will commence from the date your order is delivered to you in full from our Sydney warehouse in Australia. We only accept returned items that are in the same condition as they were received and repackaged with care in their full packaging and shipping cartons along with all the accessories unopened/unused and sealed in their original packaging, plastic and cardboard fillers used to protect and stabilise the products during delivery.  

We’re sure you understand that we cannot accept broken, damaged or soiled items. Please see Terms & Conditions and Warranty Policy for further information.

To return prams within the 30 Day Pram Trial, please contact our Customer Service team at enquiries@liinii.com.au and we will provide you with instructions and return shipping label(s) that cover the return cost. Goods that are sent back without a return label will not be accepted.

You would need to return the product via Australia Post within five (5) business days of having received the return shipping label(s) and send us an email confirmation with proof of purchase and also the photographs to show what is being returned to us

Refunds

After inspecting and approving your returned product(s), we will process your refund ( excluding any shipping fee you paid if application ) via the same payment method you used within 3 business days of receiving product(s).
We will notify you by email once we’ve processed your refund. It generally takes 5 -10 business days for the refund to clear at the bank.

Damages and Warranty

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see our warranty page for full details.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange any item is to firstly return the item that you have and once we have received and approved it, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Your rights

Our return policy, terms and conditions, warranty policy and shipping policy is in addition to your rights under the Australia Consumer Law also known as ACL. Our policies, terms and conditions are in no way intended to diminish or deny your consumer rights and guarantees or our obligation to you under the Australia Consumer Law or ACL.
