Free Shipping Australia Wide (Currently accepting Pre-Orders only)

​Shipping Cost 

Currently, we shipped only within Australia.  Standard postage to countries around the world will be shipped using the available two options when we implement overseas shipping in the future. 


Local Australia Shipping Time

1.1 Allow 30- 60 days for normal post to Australia wide through Australian Post and other courier shipping ( (STANDARD POST). For Australian wide, please allow normal Australian Post delivery times between 2-5 business days delivery once your 30 to 60 days pre-order for your item is shipped to your address. Australia wide normal postage and all other couriers we may use is free. PO Boxes are not accepted as valid postal address and your order may be a delay as a result. 


International Shipping

1.2 For International customers, allow 5 -7 Business days once you are notified of your delivery within your pre-order time frame of 30 to 60 days from when you placed your pre-order. All international orders are shipped to your address by Express Delivery through local or international courier or similar shipping service excluding Australia wide. However, occasionally it may be delivery by your local delivery service. 


1.3 International delivery cost is calculated at checkout as necessary and SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY. PO Boxes are not accepted as valid postal address and your order may be a delay as a result. From time to time, free shipping and Express shipping may be selected at checkout as part of a promotion.


Shipping Destination

2.1.  We currently ship to Australia only but we may ship worldwide without prior advance notice. Excluded are the following countries; North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Countries inaccessible due to political instability, geographical inaccessible locations. PO Boxes are not accepted as valid postal address and your order may be a delay as a result. From time to time, free shipping and Express shipping may be selected at checkout as part of a promotion.

Processing Times

3.1. Orders are processed from Monday through to Friday once an item is ready to deliver to your address within the two Months Pre-Order timeframe. Expect purchased notification within 48 hours of placing your order excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow with 30 to 60 days before your pre-order item is shipped to your address. We may notify you once items are shipped, tracking information may be sent when the pre-order delivery item is ready.  Please allow extra three days for tracking information or notification of system processing if your shipping is done over the weekend.

 

Australian Shipping

4.1.  For Australian wide normal post, please allow Australian Post delivery times between 2-5 business days once you’re notified by us your item(s) are dispatched free of the postage charge. Pre-order delivery times are between 30 to 60 days after your pre-order purchase.

International Shipping

5.1.  DHL Global Express or similar service or your standard local posting service  and Australia Post are the preferred methods we will use to send your products to you. Delivery time frames can be view under the "Shipping Cost" titled at the top of this document. All shipping time does not include weekends.

 

Please Note:  Processing times and shipping are subject to customs processing delays which are out of our control. Please factor in this when making plans regarding delivery as we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive at the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Express International Shipping 

6.1.  The time frame for Express International Shipping generally takes between 5-7 business after been shipped to you between the 30 to 60 days scheduled pre-order days. However, we cannot guarantee this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances unfortunately beyond our control that may and can arise after items are shipped to you.

6.2.  Signatures are a must and REQUIRED for all express overseas delivery and worldwide standard delivery shipments from Australia. PO Boxes are not accepted as valid postal address and your order may be a delay as a result. 

International Taxes and Charges to Custom

7.1. International customers are required to pay all local charges in regarding package including Sales Tax, Duty and or Custom Charges. These extra charges that may occur are not factored into the fee cost of shipping and all taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer before placing your pre-order and after. We strongly suggest you contact your relevant local custom office and/or body in your country, state or providence if you are unsure for any fees that may be relevant to you before putting through a pre-purchase on our website. LIINII is not responsible for any cost due to the return of purchased goods to us unless otherwise stated by us. You are responsible for all input costs, shipment fees, taxes and customs charges when returning a product to us.

Additional Information

8.1. If for whatever reason you are having difficulties putting through a pre-order, please contact our customer care team and outline the issues you are experiencing before putting through an order. Send this request with your contact number and a brief description of the issue to enquiries@liinii.com.au . We take your request very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your issue.

8.2. We will NOT be held responsible for any loss or undelivered package as a result of address change made by you or on behalf of you by us or a third party after your package has been shipped by us regardless of you whether you received a tracking number from us or not.  Request for change of address MUST be made directly with LIINII via our customer care team through the contract method enquiries@liinii.com.au and you must have received confirmation from us about the change you requested before placing your order or after your order been shipped by us.

8.3. If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process ( e.g. incorrect or incomplete address) or product price error on our website (e.g. price is shown lower or higher than the actual product cost price intended by us) is incorrect. LIINII reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee, reprice an incorrect price product in your checkout out, cancel your order at any time, refund you or adjust the price for the incorrect price item already in your checkout due to a system or human error before or after shipment of your package and request a refund from you and take necessary actions under the law to recover the number of products that were incorrectly priced due to our system or human error have been package and already shipped out to you.

RETURNS

Strollers purchased from us can be tried at home and returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. We offer free return postage for the 14 days trial period.
However, you must notify us of returning the product within a week after the trial period ends. Failure to do so will void the 14 days trial period agreement.
A full refund will be provided to you once we received the stroller in our warehouse and the following conditions are met ;

  • Item is returned sealed in the original packaging and in a sellable condition as you purchased it.
  • Proof of valid purchase receipt or acceptable proof of transaction is provided to us as stated in the Australian Consumer Law.

    FAQ

    How do I return an item?
    -
    You can return the stroller you purchased by mail from your approved local Australia post office to our return delivery address provided on receipt of delivery or provided to by email.

    You must notify us in advance to enquiries@liinii.com.au and wait for our response before sending the product. Failure to do so may hinder the return process and cause complexities that may not provide you with the desired outcome.

    Do you provide International delivery?

    ​Currently, we shipped only to Australia. Therefore, 14 days free trial only applies to Australian customers. Standard postage to countries around the world will be shipped using the available two options ( Local and international courier ) when we implement overseas shipping in the future.

    What is your process for defects under the manufacturer warranty?
    -
    All strollers come with 2 years manufacturing warranty on the stroller frame, chassis and its non-removable parts.  Accessories for strollers come with a year manufacturing warranty.

    • You should first contact us by email at enquiries@liinii.com.au for product warranty defects ( see more on our Warranty Policy page ) and all other returns. 
    How do I track my order?
     
    Purchased orders are issued with a tracking number within the Pre-Order 2 Months after checkout/placing an order. Products can be tracked on the carrier's website once dispatched from us to the postage carrier for delivery. Please allow three days for processing your order to compensate for weekends before checking online to track your order.
     
    Cancelling your order?

    LIINII may cancel your order or any part thereof including if we have accepted money through our payment’s methods or a request from you to buy through emails or over the phone.
    We accept no liability to us at any time as the result of the cancellation either by us or you. We will consequently issue you a full refund for cancellation.
    Noticeable reasons for cancellation could be but not limited to:

    • Error in the price of the product or product description displayed by us or thereof.
    • The products you ordered are unavailable or became unavailable after you purchased. 
    • Orders placed are in breach of our terms and conditions.
    • Items sold out prior during or after ordering products over the phone or before direct deposit payments can be processed by us.

     

    How can I contact your couriers?
     
    You can contact the postage carriers Australia Post or similar postage service for normal local delivery between 30-60 days or similar postage service for your international express delivery by either calling them directly or checking for your shipment on their website using your tracking number.
    IMPORTANT: Our products are PRE - ORDER ONLY. This allows us to reduce overhead cost which then enables us to provide a quality and unique product at a competitive price point.
     
    What are your delivery options?
     
    Normal delivery Australia wide is free. However, the international express delivery cost may be calculated at checkout as necessary or delivery cost can be arranged at a flat rate if the courier cannot deliver to your location. Email us within 24 hours with your preferred delivery option after purchasing from our website.
