Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders to NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA.

Shipping fees to WA, NT and TAS will be calculated at checkout.

For items in stock
If your order is in stock (thus available immediately for shipping), it will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 2-3 business days and will reach you within 7-14 business days. 
If you miss Australia Post delivery, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection. It should be collected within 10 working days. Otherwise, it will be returned to us and shipping fees may be applied to you for resending.

PO Boxes are not accepted as valid delivery address and your order may be  delayed as a result. 

For pre-order items
If you make a pre-order (thus the item is not available immediately for shipping and will be shipped in the future), the estimated dispatch or delivery date will be outlined on the product checkout page. 

If your order includes in stock and pre-order items
If your order includes both in stock & pre-order items, we generally hold and ship all items when they are all in stock. In some exceptional circumstances, we may have to separate the shipping and send out items in stock first in order to speed up the delivery process. 

*Note: Once you have received your product, please check that all items have arrived and are in working order. Please notify our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged.

If your order has not been confirmed (i.e you have not received a tracking number yet)

If your address changes before you receive a notification that your order has been confirmed, please email us at enquiries@liinii.com.au with your new address. 

PO Boxes are not accepted as valid delivery address and your order may be  delayed as a result. 

If your order has been confirmed (i.e you have already received a tracking number)

We cannot change your address at this point. However, you can contact Australia Post with your tracking number and request to redirect your order to your new address.

Delivery by Australia Post 

We generally use Australia Post to deliver your goods. Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and unfortunately we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made by Australia Post.

Delivery by our other private delivery partners within Greater Sydney

Ocassionally, for some orders within the Greater Sydney region, we arrange your order to be delivered by our other delivery partners. If this is to happen, we will send you an email beforehand within 2-3 business days of your purchase to arrange a suitable date to deliver your item(s). Please note that we cannot provide time of delivery. The delivery person will call or send you a text message on the day in advance of the delivery being made.

If your order includes both in stock & pre-order items

Whilst we generally hold and ship all items when they are all in stock, in some exceptional circumstances, we may have to separate the shipping and send out items in stock first in order to speed up the delivery process. If we do this, it means you would receive your items in stock first (since they are immediately available for delivery) and then pre-order items later in the future when they become in-stock.

If all your items are in stock

Some of your items may come in separate boxes e.g a pram and a bassinet come in separate boxes. Even though we dispatch all of the items in your order at the same time, Australia Post will sometimes separates them in transit due to the differences in size and weight of the boxes. 

Generally, your tracking will show the number of items in transit.

If you have not received an item you expect in a separate box e.g a bassinet or you are missing an item in the box e.g an accessory, please notify our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery. 

Returns and exchanges

For any returns, you would need to email us at enquiries@liinii.com.au within your 14 day pram trial period and we will direct your next steps. upon receiving your email, we will reply you with a pre-paid return label (which covers your return cost) and you would need to attach this to your original box and take it back to the post office.

Once we receive the return in its original condition, you'll be issued a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to clear at the bank.

Our prams & strollers are currently only available to purchase in Australia. We do not ship internationally due to the high cost of international shipping and we can't cover warranty issues outside Australia at the moment.

No. Bundling items together allows us to offer them to you at a (combined) lower price than if you were to purchase them all separately. 

If the bassinet is bought as part of a bundle, we do not accept the return of the bassinet separately.

General

Yes, we do. See Afterpay, Klarna and PayPal ( Pay in 4 ) options at checkout.

Currently, we do not sell stroller boards, however, there are some universal stroller boards available in the market. We suggest you test to make sure they fit well and attach safely onto your pram.

Yes, you can buy bassinet or accessories on their own. In regards to spare parts, we may sell you spare parts in some circumstances after consultation with our suppliers. We currently do not stock spare parts.

Prams & Strollers

Arra, Lulu or Stealth prams cannot accomodate 2 seats, however, you can add a toddler board for a 2+ year old. As we do not currently sell stroller boards, we suggest to look for one that is universal and can attach safely onto our prams. Use only after you have tested it and you are confident in its use with our prams/strollers.

Yes, you can attach Maxi-Cosi Mico Plus, Mico Ap and Mico 6 as well as Joie i-gemm capsules to Arra, Lulu & Stealth prams using our capsule adaptors. This helps to seamlessly transfer your baby from car to our prams without waking the baby up.

Yes. Our Arra, Lulu and Steath prams meet the Australian standard for newborn and up to 22 kg.

The seat can be reclined to 170º angle which is almost as a bassinet.

The seat do better in lying position compared to the recommended 150º degree and above lying angle for newborn.

We recommend using a handheld garment/fabric steamer only to remove any creases on the canopy, seat cushion and bassinet fabrics. The pram/stroller frame and wheels can be wiped clean with a damp cloth to remove dirt and grit.

For washing the seat cushion, canopy and bassinet fabrics, we recommend you hand wash only in water with a temperature not more than 20°C.

Regularly check the wheels and all moving parts of the pram/stroller for unusual wear and tear that may affect the pram/stroller safe use.

Step 1. To use the pram without the auto brake, please ensure the Auto brake red light on the handle is off, meaning not highlighted red on the handle bar when it is switched off.

Step 2. If the auto brake ( highlighted red light on the handle ) is on and the auto brake is switched off, the pram auto brake will remain in lock mode, meaning you will be unable to push the pram while it is off. simply switch the auto brake back on and follow the process mentioned in step 1.

Note: The reason the lock mode remained on in step 2 is so that the pram is not push accidentally even when off. This is just in case the manual foot brake wasn't applied.
