There’s never been a better time to review a LIINII pram, with the chance to WIN LIINII Lite travel stroller.

Review your pram and you could enter to win.

WIN of a LIINII Lite stroller includes the added accessories and delivery cost.

HOW TO ENTER

You don’t need to do anything other than simply taking a minute to write us a review this month on “ProductReview” ( our independent review platform )! You will automatically go into the draw for a chance to win a LIINII Lite stroller. 

ENTRY PERIOD

Entry is open regularly from 9am, every month and closes at 11:59pm AEST on the last day of each month. Only entries received within this period will be eligible for the draw. The winner will be announced on this website page and notified via email on the 15th of each subsequent month.

  1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the competition, as determined by LIINII, are final in all respects. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to LIINII (offers@liinii.com.au).
  2. Entrants must be Australian residents and over the age of 18 years of age and who have purchased are to be considered eligible for entry.
  3. Only LIINII pram reviews posted between the reviewed timeframe will automatically be entered into this draw.
  4. There will be 1 national prize draw. A single winner will receive a gift of LIINII lite stroller or their purchase amount if they already have one (one transaction only)
  5. Giveaway price for the draw cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. LIINII will only honour where reasonable as a discretion repairs to a Gifted product. LIINII bears no responsibility for gifted products.
  7. The winner will be randomly selected/drawn at 10:00am AEST by the 15th of  each month following the review month within 2024.
  8. The winner will be notified by email following the prize draw. Failing to establish contact by email, LIINII will send a final notification email to the winner.
  9. The winner will be announced on this website page for each month.
  10. The winner will have until 5:00pm AEST the last day of the following month, to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, LIINII pram will redraw the competition. The redraw date will be announced by email.
  11. LIINII does not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
  12. Employees of LIINII and their families are ineligible to enter.
  13. LIINII and associated agencies accept no responsibility whatsoever including for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
  14. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. LIINII’s decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into contesting the decision around the contest. LIINII reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
  15. LIINII’s limitation of liability: LIINII is not responsible for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise delivery or payments details provided by a winner. LIINII also takes no responsibility for prizes lost or stolen after they have been released for delivery. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by LIINII, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods, services or money by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Winning a Prize is contingent on fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein. Any entries or prize claims that are late, fraudulent, illegible, unidentified or delayed will be void. All entries and Prize claims are subject to verification. Proof of entry submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules. Decisions of LIINII will be final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited.

LIIINII reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. LIINII’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Contest Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Contest Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Contest Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner may be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her Prize, or the cash value thereof. LIINII reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest and/or Contest Website, violates the Official Contest Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND LIINII RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification and limitation of liability
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS LIINII AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON.

Review your pram by September 30th 2022 and you could WIN BACK YOUR PRAM PURCHASE.

Your WIN BACK amount includes any accessories, accessory bundles, delivery and/or installation you purchased with your LIINII pram.

  5. Purchase Backprize will include all items purchased in the one transaction with any LIINII pram including LIINII services (delivery) and/or LIINII accessories.
  6. LIINII will only reimburse the total amount paid by the customer in one transaction and not the current value of that pram. If the total value of the winner’s purchase is less than the current price of the pram, LIINII will not award the difference.
  7. The winner will be randomly selected/drawn at 10:00am AEST on 9 October 2022.
  8. The winner will be notified by a phone call following the prize draw. Failing to establish contact by phone, LIINII will send a notification email to the winner.
  9. The winner will be announced on this website page by 9 October 2022.
  10. The winner will have until 5:00pm AEST December 31st, 2022, to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, LIINII pram will redraw the competition. The redraw date will be announced by email.
  11. LIINII does not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
