How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping Australia wide.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these fees at anytime and without prior notice to you.

When will I receive my delivery?

For items in stock

If your order is in stock (thus available immediately for shipping), it will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 2-3 business days and will reach you within 7-14 business days. 
If you miss Australia Post delivery, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection. It should be collected within 10 working days. Otherwise, it will be returned to us and shipping fees may be applied to you for resending.

For back-order items
If you make a back-order (thus the item is not available immediately for shipping and will be shipped in the future), the estimated dispatch or delivery date will be outlined on the product page. It is generally between 8 to 12 weeks.  

If your order includes in stock and back-order items
If your order includes both in stock & back-order items, we generally hold and ship all items when they are all in stock. In some exceptional circumstances, we may have to separate the shipping and send out items in stock first in order to speed up the delivery process. 

*Note: Once you have received your product, please check that all items have arrived and are in working order. Please notify our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged.

How do I change my address?

If your order has not been confirmed (i.e you have not received a tracking number yet)

If your address changes before you receive a notification that your order has been confirmed, please email us at with your new address. 

If your order has been confirmed (i.e you have already received a tracking number)

We cannot change your address at this point. However, you can contact Australia Post with your tracking number and request to redirect your order to your new address.

Can I choose a delivery date or timeframe?

Delivery by Australia Post 

We generally use Australia Post to deliver your goods. Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made by Australia Post

Why have I received part of my delivery?

If your order includes both in stock & pre-order items

Whilst we generally hold and ship all items when they are all in stock, in some exceptional circumstances, we may have to separate the shipping and send out items in stock first in order to speed up the delivery process. If we do this, it means you would receive your items in stock first (since they are immediately available for delivery) and then pre-order items later in the future when they become in-stock.

 If all your items are in stock:

Some of your items may come in separate boxes e.g a pram and a bassinet come in separate boxes. Even though we dispatch all of the items in your order at the same time, Australia Post will sometimes separate them in transit due to the differences in size and weight of the boxes. 

Generally, your tracking will show the number of items in transit.

If you have not received an item you expect in a separate box e.g a bassinet or you are missing an item in the box e.g an accessory, please notify our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery. 



 How do I return my order?

For any returns, you would need to email us at and we will direct your next steps. If your order is within the 30-day free trial, we will reply you with a pre-paid return label (which covers your return cost) and you would need to attach this to your original box and take back to the post office. Once we receive the return in its original condition, you'll be issued a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Do you provide international deliveries?

Our prams & strollers are currently only available to purchase in Australia. We do not ship internationally due to the high cost of international shipping and we can't cover warranty issues outside Australia now.



Do you have buy now pay later?

Yes, we do. See Afterpay and Klarna options at checkout.

Do you sell toddler stroller boards or what stroller boards can I use on my Arra² , Lulu²  or Stealth²  Pram?

Currently, we do not sell stroller boards, however, there are some universal stroller boards available in the market. We suggest you test to make sure they fit well and attach safely onto your pram.

Can I buy bassinet, accessories or spare parts for my pram or stroller?

Yes, you can buy bassinet or accessories on their own. Regarding spare parts, we may sell you spare parts in some circumstances after consultation with our suppliers. We currently do not stock spare parts.



Can I convert Arra² , Lulu²  or Stealth²  prams to a double?

Arra² , Lulu²  or Stealth²  prams cannot accommodate 2 seats, however, you can add a toddler board for a 2+ year old. As we do not currently sell stroller boards, we suggest looking for one that is universal and can attach safely onto our prams. Use only after you have tested it and you are confident in its use with our prams/strollers.

Can I use a capsule on Arra² , Lulu²  or Stealth²  pram and what capsules are compatible with these prams?

Yes, you can attach Maxi Cosi or Joie i-gemm capsules to Arra, Lulu & Stealth prams using our capsule adaptors. This helps to seamlessly transfer your baby from car to our prams without waking the baby up.
